Frequently asked questions:
Why don't you have your pricing listed online?
The Voom Group does not want to limit your options. We feel that most online printers do so by fitting your needs into what they can produce at the lowest possible cost. While we do offer the same services you will find elsewhere on the internet, and our pricing is very competitive with those big box companies, we do not believe that our customers' needs fit into the boiler plate template world where other printers live. We offer limitless options and individualized solutions. Your company is not like other companies; you should not look like other companies in your marketing efforts. Be different, stand out, show your customers who you are, and let us help you.
While our quotes are not instant, we do work very quickly and our representatives are here to help you find the best combination of cost, value, and return on your printing investment for your individual needs.
How long will my quote take?
We strive to return estimates a quickly as possible. Usually that means within an hour for most simple estimates, though complex estimates can take more time.

If selecting "I will supply Print Ready files" Please make sure that your files are ready to print, built with correct bleed, in CMYK, etc... please see our toolkit for more information on producing print ready files. If you have files that need help, or would like to have us design your job, please provide us with as much information on your needs as possible so that we may provide you with a correct estimate. Please feel free to call us if you have questions, or would like to explain in more detail.
Please select the type of proof you require. We only produce hi-res proofs for offset printed jobs, unless otherwise requested. Most of our customers select PDF proof via email, but if you are very concerned about the color on your job, we suggest you ask for a toner based proof for digital jobs, or a hi-res proof for your offset jobs. These proofs are at no additional cost, but may require additional time to produce, as we will provide the proof to you, then wait for your approval before proceeding to print.
